***Please note that a signed rental agreement and valid government-issued photo identification are required to finalize your reservation. These steps are mandatory to ensure the security and integrity of all bookings.*** • No Smoking Allowed • No Parties Allowed • Pet Policy: • A $89 pet fee applies per dog and must be paid prior to check-in. • Failure to pay the pet fee in advance will result in a $150 charge per pet. • Undisclosed pets brought onsite will incur a $150 fee per pet. • We welcome up to two (2) dogs, each weighing no more than 55 lbs. • Cats and certain dog breeds restricted by our insurance policy cannot be accommodated. • Pets are not permitted in the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna • Please note that cell reception in the area can be limited, so we recommend downloading directions and any important info in advance. • Please note the lawn service maintenance takes place on Thursdays WATER AMENITIES Not available when the dock is winterized -- November through late April or May, depending on the weather.
